Alex Ingram is a poet,performance and visual artist. The Merry Months is his debut album drawing inspiration from folk and country music.His songs come from a love of singing and melodies, which he develops on lyrically in narratives. He has worked with Core Arts musicians (Core Arts being a mental health charity based in Hackney, London) who invaluably have helped him flesh out his ideas into a finished album.
